I meet Pam Sawyer at Metro Detroit Home Experts years ago when she had a home for sale in my neighborhood.  I liked her marketing style and when my wife passed I called her. I've Moved so many times in the last 7 years I've Lost Count. Without any hesitation or doubt, I strongly recommend professional Pam Sawyer to handle all your real estate and property transactions. My wife and I had been looking for a home on our own for about three months when we ran into Pam Sawyer at one of her listings. We went out a few times looking at houses and of course Kathy and I couldn't agree on what we wanted.  After a few months, she found the perfect home for us on Softwater Woods. It wasn't in an area we were actively looking, and Pam knew this would be a tremendous financial benefit for us and checked all our boxes and more.  We loved the place with one drawback...it was a bank-owned property with multiple offers, and we had 48 hours to come up with our best offer.  Her plan worked, and we won.  Pam worked with us, the bank owning the property in California, our bank, the county, home inspectors, and the title company to close the property within 45 days. We originally called Pam Sawyer from Metro Detroit Home Experts when our neighbor's home sold relatively quickly.  The Theils used several agents before Pam and were unsure what she did, but the home sold quickly for more money than they initially tried to sell it. Sold Our House in Port Huron, Aunt & Uncle in Harrison Twp. & St. Clair Shores... My neighbors across the street tried to sell their homes with a few local agents, and it didn't work.  They found Pam on the internet and hired her.  Yep, she sold it in about six weeks.  We decided to sell, and seeing she did such a fantastic job for the Thill's and they highly recommended her, we decided to hire her. Pam is professional and highly knowledgeable regarding current real estate. She was diligent in selling our home to the perfect family!! We would highly recommend her to anyone buying and selling a home as she is excellent at marketing and following through with interested parties. Without Pam Sawyer from Metro Detroit Home Experts helping me through this very difficult time... I don't think our house would have been sold.  The big "D" on top of the pandemic sent me over the edge emotionally.  She does more than just sell a house.  She's an advisor and helped me think through the process so I was making good decisions.  She was stuck in the middle between X and lawyers and didn't take sides and got the job done to everyone's amazement.  I can’t recommend or thank Pam Sawyer for all the help she has provided us over the years. She sold our first house in 2000 and 3 more since then. I don’t think another agent could have done what she did for us. Not only working through all the drama, but she also found us a buyer in less than a week.
